Unstable conditions occurring is generating severe thunderstorms across the island. This activity is expected to persist overnight and as a result a severe thunderstorm warning is in effect.
General Information
A severe-thunderstorm warning is issued when significant lightning activity is expected in a short period of time (generally less than 6 hours) or is already occurring within the warning area. This severe thunderstorm warning was issued at 6:00pm Sunday, October 6th, 2024 and will be terminated at 6:00 am Monday, October 7th, 2024 or sooner if conditions warrant.
