A severe-thunderstorm warning is issued when significant lightning activity is expected in a short period of time (generally less than 6 hours) or is already occurring within the warning area. This SEVERE-THUNDERSTORM WARNING was issued at 3.15pm Thursday 19th September 2024 and will be terminated at 6:00 pm Thursday 20th September 2024 or sooner if conditions warrant.
